We speak with documentary filmmaker Morgan Spurlock about his latest movie, Pom Wonderful Presents: The Greatest Movie Ever Sold, a film that was entirely financed by brand partners doing product placement in the film which deconstructs and satirizes product placement in film. He says he's not selling out he's buying in to this business model which he says is rampant in the entertainment business and is ubiquitous in our society.

Today's Banter Topics:

- Big-name filmmakers back the movie theaters in Hollywood's Civil War between studios and theater owners over closing the window between a movie's release in theaters in then on VOD in your home

- Allegations of corruption by Ron Tutor and David Bergstien in past Hollywood deals and how it will impact Tutor's acquisition of Miramax

- Happy Days' cast sue CBS and Paramount over being excluded from revenue garnered by merchandise and slot machines using their likenesses
