The Damned and went on to design album covers and promo material for the Beastie Boys, Beck, Sonic Youth, Air and many more. (Air even named the fifth song on their album Talkie Walkie after Mills.)

His autobiographical feature film “Beginners”, which he wrote and directed, has been nominated for all kinds of awards and last night one of the movie’s stars, Christopher Plummer, won the Oscar for “Best Supporting Actor”.
