As a child I used to hear my parents talk about Happy Hour. It all sounded so sophisticated to me. They’d mix a cocktail (or mocktail!), turn on the hi-fi and the sounds of music, conversation and laughter would float out of the side porch… Here are a few of my impressions of that time!
