Monday, October 20, Indie rock legend, iconic fashion figure, tireless songwriter, and frontwoman for Yeah Yeah Yeahs Karen O just released her first official solo record. She brought two other station favorites — Moses Sumney and Holly Miranda – to round out her sound in a live performance from the Village Studios. Hear it on Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.

Wednesday, Oct 22, Nashville Singer Mikky Ekko made a name for himself as a top-shelf collaborator with names like Rihanna, Gwen Stefani and Chris Malinchak. At an intimate setting in New York City’s Neuehouse, Mikky performs songs off his upcoming release for Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.

Thursday, October 23, Punk rock rebel Tom Vek is an enigmatic artist. We never know what to expect from the UK singer and we’re excited to see what he has in store at KCRW’s Masquerade Ball and in his live set on Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.

Monday, October 27, Singer-songwriter Joseph Arthur was a big fan of and friend to Lou Reed. Arthur pays tribute to his mentor with an album of some of his favorite covers on “Lou.” We’ll hear live versions by Joseph Arthur on the first anniversary of the icon’s passing on Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am
