PPL MVR by Mark Leibowitz

You may see a lot of strange things over the course of a few days in Park City during Sundance, but three giant yetis walking down the street are sure to make an impression.

Who are these mysterious creatures playing rock music? PPL MVR, that’s who.

Pronounced “people mover”, the trio is based out of Los Angeles and signed to a major label with their debut forthcoming on 4/20/15.

The snowy moutanin terrain of Park City was a perfect place for them to emerge for their first show out of their native city — and one of only a handful of live shows they’ve played.

Their music is super catchy and lest you think this is just spectacle with no substance, they’re armed with a bunch of tracks to prove you wrong.
