This week you’ll hear new work from Karen O., who teams up with the oh so talented Michael Kiwanuka. The French duo The Limiñanas showcase a timeless style. We dig Jono Ma of Jagwar Ma and Angus Gruzman who morph into Jono Ma & Dreems. Dr. Dog release their 10th album, plus have a show in Los Angeles. Lastly, Brett Dennen always has something to sing about, and has a night at Belly Up.

Monday, Jan 29 The Limiñanas “Shadow People”

The chic French psych-pop band The Limiñanas are musical alchemists; combining sounds reminiscent of their love of 60’s garage heroes, Italian soundtracks, and psych rock. Their song “Shadow People” is a duet showcasing esteemed French actress Emmanuelle Seigner (The Diving Bell and the Butterfly, Venus In Fur, La Vie En Rose).

Tuesday, Jan 30 Karen O. featuring Michael Kiwanuka ”YO! MY SAINT”

Teaming up with the Kenzo fashion line, Karen O. creates an original song inspired by the Spring/Summer 2018 collection. “YO! MY SAINT” is a stand alone track featuring the guest vocals of the supremely talented Michael Kiwanuka.

Wednesday, Jan 31 Dr. Dog “Listening In”

Scott McMicken has spent the last decade and a half as co-frontman of Dr. Dog. Born from a journey of doubt and later discovery, Dr. Dog’s 10th album is fueled by one of their most creative periods to date. We offer the pensive “Listening In.”

Thursday, Feb 1 Jono Ma & Dreems “Can’t Stop My Dreaming (Of You)”

Australian dream-team Jono Ma (of Jagwar Ma) and Angus Gruzman present Jono Ma & Dreems. They recorded their EP in their respective studios in North London and Berlin. The duo mixed friendship with music by sharing synthesizers, exchanging records, and creating new experiences. “Can’t Stop Dreaming (Of You)” is today’s offering.

Friday, Feb 2 Brett Dennen “Already Gone”

One of the nicest guys in the music world, Brett Dennen is a pillar of creativity and positive vibes. He hasn’t been on the road for a while so he wrote some rocking new songs to share on an extensive stateside tour this year.Produced by Adele and Semisonic hitmaker, Dan Wilson, here’s “Already Gone.”
