Haulm are a duo based in Brooklyn who specialize in moody, downtempo electronic song craft. The haunting atmosphere they’ve created within the song “Clean,” is what initially drew me in, but what keeps me coming back is the evocative refrain “overage and underpaid, all I do is clean.” It’s a great line set to a deeply hummable melody, which gives me the strong feeling that they will not remain underpaid for long.

Haulm’s debut EP Stay For Me will be out on Friday March 30th, and be sure to catch an exclusive guest DJ mix from them during Metropolis on Saturday April 7th!
