Fanatic! I’m on a train heading from Preston down to London. Yesterday I was at the Rebellion Festival. I ran into Gaye Advert, TV Smith and Pete “Manic Esso” Haynes of the Lurkers. I’ve got two shows over the weekend at Dingwalls and then on Monday I’m back to the USA. I’ve got a lot more shows happening later in the year. https://www.henryrollins.com/tour

I’ve evened out from jet lag well enough to get everywhere I need to be on time. Doing these shows via trains, taxis and hotels is time consuming. I used to do weeks at a time like this through Europe and the USA. It’s not greatest way to grind through the hours but at this point, I’m used to it.

A lot of new tunes on our show tonight. We’re always looking for different music to listen to. Terri Gender Bender’s new track is really cool. She’s always up to something. I hope you’ve had a chance to check out the Bellevue album by the Bobby Lees. I’m looking forward to what they’ll get up to next.

Have you seen this? Pretty cool. High On Fire’s The Art of Self Defense has been remixed. I haven’t had the chance to fully absorb the differences but I’m looking forward to getting into it. I think all of their records are worth checking out.

Hours later. Now in the backstage area of Dingwalls. So great to be back again. If you go out the back and to the left, you can see the wall the Clash stood next to for the photo on the cover of their first album. I’m on at 2015 hrs. Looking forward to it.

A good show lined up for you. We hope you dig it. As I’m writing this, I’m listening to the Art Of Self Defense remix. Of course my audio source is not all that great but even through the small speakers, it sounds really good.

Thanks for reading these notes and for tuning into the show. Have a great week and STAY FANATIC!!!
