Issa Bagayogo is one of 15 children born to a farming family in Southern Mali. After many years as a struggling musician, he decided to take a radical turn and began mixing traditional music with beats and samples. Today's Top Tune is a radio edit of "Poye," remixed by Tal M. Klein.
