Jamael Dean: “Kronos”

Jamael Dean may be 23 years old but his compositions have the blueprint of an old jazz soul. A sought after collaborator and performer in the Kamasi Washington/Thundercat pantheon, Dean began creating melodies on the fly in grade school after being inspired by his grandfather, jazz drummer Donald Dean.
