Jose Gonzalez: ‘El Invento’

Jose Gonzalez’s first song in Spanish was written in response to the many questions his young daughter posed, such as: “Who are we?” Or. “Why are we here?” Her queries have been so mind-bending for him as a parent to answer that Gonzalez came up with “El Invento,” or “the invention.”
