Barely in her 20s, Laufey is Chinese-Icelandic singer, composer, and multi-instrumentalist based in LA who sounds like a lost soul from the cool jazz era. An avid Ella Fitzgerald fan, who she discovered while thumbing through her father’s record collection, Laufey bridges the past into the present on her song “From The Start,” which will be released on her forthcoming album, Bewitched.
