California lawmakers recently passed a resolution to formally apologize for the incarceration of over 120,000 Japanese-Americans during WWII. Southern California's internment camps had a major impact on singer-songwriter Mia Doi Todd's family. Todd explores that painful history in her work with a new song featuring a dub mix by Scientist called  "Take What You Can Carry."
