Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds: “Spinning Song”

The 17th album by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds is simply stunning. The recording is split in two parts, which Cave describes the first batch of songs as "the children" and the last couple as "the parents." Cave began writing songs for Ghosteen in 2017, uncharacteristically at his Brighton home where he would confine himself instead of at his private office. "Spinning Song" speaks to a personal and brooding meditation on mourning.
