We also look at the latest census data, which shows that California is changing before our eyes in racial and ethnic demography, shifting centers of population and political power. On our rebroadcast of today's To the Point, candidate Barack Obama said there was a better way to treat suspected terrorists than indefinite detention at Guantanamo Bay.
