Where Does Recycled Water Flow in LA?

This is LA's driest year on record, but there is a surprising amount of water flowing down the Los Angeles River and out to sea. There's also tie in to what we've just been talking about. Millions of gallons of wastewater from local treatment plants have no place else to go.  Deborah Schoch is weekend reporter for the Los Angeles Times.
