COVID-19: Weird symptoms and ‘hygiene theater’

Aside from a fever, cough and shortness of breath, COVID-19 has some weirder symptoms. Those include loss of taste, rashes, blisters, nausea, extreme fatigue that people have never felt before. One New York Times health columnist says what’s important about COVID-19 is that it can present in so many different combinations.

Also, many businesses are trying to lure customers back by hyping intense deep cleaning policies. But the virus is spread through coughs, sneezes, large and tiny droplets. One writer says intensely sanitizing surfaces is mostly a performance.
