LA councilmembers on the right of homeless people to sleep in public

The Supreme Court lets stand a lower court ruling saying it would be cruel to allow sweeps of the homeless if they have nowhere else to go. How will LA respond? We hear from LA City Councilmembers Mike Bonin and Bob Blumenfield.
