The latest on the Santa Cruz Island boat fire

Officials are ending the rescue effort after a devastating fire broke out on a boat off the coast of Santa Barbara. Twenty people are confirmed dead, and 14 are missing but presumed dead. Five crew members were rescued by another boat nearby.
