Located inside the historic Montecito Inn, The Silver Bough is young chefs Phillip Frankland Lee and Margarita Kallas Lee’s most recent addition to Coast Village Road. The all-inclusive $550 a plate, 8-seat restaurant offers a dinner that follows a storyline drawn from the tradition ancient Celtic folklore. The couple started their first restaurant, Scratch Bar, in 2013 and have several other restaurants under the Scratch Restaurants group in Santa Barbara and Los Angeles.

Both Lee and his restaurants have received outstanding accolades including S. Pellegrino’s “Young Chef 2015” finalist, Zagat’s "30 under 30", #97 in Opinionated About Dining’s 2015 Best Restaurants in the U.S., and a coveted spot on Los Angeles Times food critic Jonathan Gold’s “101 Best Restaurants” list.
