After the Starr Hearing: So What?
As the House Judiciary Committee convened yesterday morning, Republican Chair Henry Hyde introduced Kenneth Starr as a defender of the "Rule of Law." Ranking Democrat John Conyers called him a "federally paid sex policeman." After 12 hours of testimony and questions, what more do we know that we didn't know already when the hearing began? How did it play as political drama? Was it good TV?
