Ballot fatigue beyond the big races

You've decided on the well-known questions in the March 7 vote, but what will you do when you get down to the bottom third of your ballot? There are assembly seats to decide, judgeships, county councils and other important positions that could impact you and your home directly. Do you vote for interesting names, preferred ethnicities or genders when you know nothing of the candidates? What impact could that voting behavior have?
