Candidates Vie for Harman's 36th District Congressional Seat

Next Tuesday, voters will get a chance replace Democrat Jane Harman, who resigned from a Congressional seat that runs down the coast from Venice to San Pedro. If nobody wins outright, the final election is set for July. We talk with four leaders on a ballot that includes 16 candidates. They are Secretary of State Debra Bowen, LA Councilwoman Janice Hahn, high school teacher Marcy Winograd and Mike Gin, the Mayor of San Pedro. In the remaining month's of Harman's term, what are their priorities?
