Students of climate say that change is inevitable, and that includes the Golden State, where climate historically has been a major attraction to a growing population. Is it too late to be sure our children and grandchildren will be able to go surfing and skiing all on the same day? We hear what it'll be if greenhouse emissions continue at current rates, compared to how life might be if there's mitigation, and look at the prospect of sea levels rising.
