Some City Council members call it a grab for unprecedented power. Also, why can't LA County's Probation Department find $70 million?  On our rebroadcast of today's To the Point, a survey shows that young, liberal American Jews are less attached to Israel than their elders.  But Jewish establishment leaders don't want to hear about it.  What will a growing divide mean for US support and for Israel's future?
