Conservative in most respects, htough he did have some good thins to say about Jane Harman.RICHARD ALARCON: City Council member and State Senate nominee PROFESSOR DOUGLAS MITCHELL: Professor of Education at UC Riverside. Studied various forms of teaching English within Santa Ana's school district, which includes a very high Latino population.
