STEVE SCOTT: Political Editor of California Journal, a monthly publication covering politics across the state. ARTURRO VARGAS: National Ass'n of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials Executive Director.WILLIAM BRADLEY: Publisher of New Notes, a political internet newsletter. Private political consultant & risk analyst. Former senior advisor to the California Democratic party. ALLAN HOFFENBLUM: Republican consultant. Author of the California Target Book, a political hacks guide to assembly, senate and congressional races. KATHLEEN WARNER: 45 years old, lawyer by training, now a stay-at-home mom who occasionally does some legal work. Middle of the road, somewhat left leaning. Liked how Lungren handled himself, but apparently favors Jane Harman slightly. DANIEL LEONHARDT: Regional sales manager for an electronics firm. Already liked Lungren before the debate and now likes him even more afterward. Conservative in most respects, htough he did have some good thins to say about Jane Harman.RICHARD ALARCON: City Council member and State Senate nominee PROFESSOR DOUGLAS MITCHELL: Professor of Education at UC Riverside. Studied various forms of teaching English within Santa Ana's school district, which includes a very high Latino population.
