Why One Solar Customer Still Isn't Saving

Last July, Lake Sharp installed solar panels on her Highland Park home.  When we talked to her in September , the LA Department of Water and Power still hadn't come out to turn them on.  After our program, they did -- but that's all they did.

Last July, Lake Sharp installed solar panels on her Highland Park home. When we talked to her in September, the LA Department of Water and Power still hadn't come out to turn them on. After our program, they did -- but that's all they did. Her bills still don't reflect the savings she was promised when Elon Musk's Solar City installed the panels six months ago.
