Science, Business and Education at the Port of Los Angeles

AltaSea is a project designed to bring science, business and education together at the Port of Los Angeles. A 50-year master plan approved by the City Council includes a lab to study the sea, with access for students and others—with the hope of solving problems of sustainability and generating business.
