Peace just out of reach in Northern Ireland

Hosted by
Peace in Northern Ireland is so close, the people can taste it. But Friday, the peace efforts of the Catholic IRA and the Protestant Unionists will likely come to a grinding halt with a reinstatement of British rule. Is it just another sad tale in the 300 year fight? Will the IRA give up its guns? What is the culture that continues to divide and possibly overtake the peace?
Scheduled guests include Nobel Peace Prize winner John Hume, Belfast journalist John Mullin, and Queens University political scientist Paul Bew.
