Propositions 1A, 1B: Will Voters Approve Big Money for Transportation?

Governor Schwarzenegger and legislative Democrats are campaigning together this week, claiming to put partisanship aside in favor of five propositions on next month's ballot.   We look at the first two, which deal with the gasoline tax and a bond issue worth $20 billion--all for roads, freeways and public transit.   It would be the biggest transportation investment in 50 years.
