LAUSD Superintendent John Deasy has dismissed a vote of no-confidence from the teachers' union as "nonsense." He's happy that a poll of civic groups is supportive of his reforms. But that's just part of the story.  How did the no-confidence vote get started?  What does it mean for the kids?
