With the Kyoto Treaty set to expire in 2012, 130 nations will meet next week in Bali, Indonesia to decide the next step in reducing greenhouse gases. Last year, in the absence of leadership from the Bush Administration, Governor Schwarzenegger said California would be way ahead of the game. In January, the first of his promises will come due.
