Chris Douridas

Chris Douridas is an American popular DJ, musical tastemaker, filmmaker, actor, television presenter, and a three-time Grammy-nominated producer. Douridas attended the University of North Texas, where he hosted a morning radio show on KNTU-FM called The Morning Exchange. In the 1990s, Chris Douridas became KCRW Music Director and the host of the renowned program, Morning Becomes Eclectic. Douridas has also been an A&R executive for DreamWorks Records, where he produced the Grammy nominated soundtracks for American Beauty and Shrek 2. Douritas hosted the first “School Night” in a weekly series described as a 'new Monday night Hollywood party'. In its first year, the series was named "America's Best Party" by Paper Magazine.
