Joseph Arthur, the first American artist signed to Peter Gabriel's Real World Records, has just released the Vacancy Ep and is currently finishing up his second full length release which is due in the fall. Both releases are produced by T-Bone Burnett. The prolific 27 year old's soft and darkly sensuous voice & acoustic guitar driven sings with random samples brings to mind other singer songwriter's such as Elliott Smith and Beck. At the same time Joseph Arthur has a unique sound all his own. Joseph Arthur will be performing solo with his acoustic guitar and sampler.
