Jonathan Gold reviews Pok Pok Phat Thai, the first LA outpost of chef Andy Ricker's growing Pok Pok empire.

He recommends the phat thai, kuaytiaw khua kai, phak buung fai daeng (water spinach) and the Chinese celery flavored drinking vinegar.
