For those of you already panicking that season 4 of Game of Thrones has ended, fear not! Indulge your GoT appetite (literally) thanks to Natasha Case of Coolhaus with these highly specific ice cream flavors inspired by both scenes and characters from the series. While these flavors aren’t actually sold at Coolhaus stores or ice cream trucks, challenge yourself to cooking up these flavors at home, and let us know if you have any GoT flavor suggestions.

The fight scene to decide the fate of Tyrion Lannister: Blood and Sand

Cherry Tomato & Balsamic Sorbet (in light of the head squashing!)

    Khaleesi’s Dragon Eggs

Smoked Custard ice cream – extra egg yolks and smoked salt, tea-infused, liquid smoke

    Jon Snow

Lychee Coconut Milk Gelato with Sesame Seeds (for the black component)

    Goodbye Joffrey

Lambrusco with Cinnamon & Black Pepper

    Little Finger

Butterfinger, Kit Kat and Almond Joy candy bar in slightly salted White Chocolate ice cream
