All Spice, alcohol cooking and citrus hybrid

We pay a visit to local spice market "All Spice" to learn the ins and outs from one of the most knowledgeable spice merchants around. Dawn Davis, author of "If You Can't Stand the Heat", fantasized about being a chef. Her years of research resulted in this book and her realization that she couldn't "stand the heat." One of favorite food scientists, Harold McGee, is back to discuss the use of alcohol in cooking. Citrus grower, Wink Pescosolido, is here to talk about his new sweet and juicy citrus hybrid.
