    Best New Pastry Chef: Roxana Jullapat of Cooks County

    Best New Sommelier: Matthew Kaner of L&E Oyster Bar

    Best New Service:Wolfgang Puck at the Hotel Bel-Air

    The magazine will host the 10th Annual Restaurant Awards Live & Dine LA Party at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel in Santa Monica on July 22nd.
