Hi Evan, Where in LA could I purchase gochujang? If anyone knows, i’m figuring it’d be you!

Hi Vicki,

Gochujang is (as Wikipedia says) “a savory and pungent Korean condiment”. This spicy condiment can be found at any Korean grocery store. If you live in Los Angeles you are in luck because we have many such stores. Here are some images for you so can get an idea of what the package will look like. The blog My Korean Kitchen has some great ideas for how to use it.
