Last night I attended the star-studded G’Day USA gala at Hollywood and Highland. What an amazing a event. Not only were Nicole Kidman, Keith Urban, Cameron Diaz, Greg Norman, Toni Colette and Simon Baker there, the dinner was prepared by some of the best Aussies cooking today – Curtis Stone, Peter Evans and Wolfgang Puck. Okay, Wolfgang isn’t Australian but he was an honorary one last night.
