Bamboodles

The L.A. Weekly's Pulitzer Prize winning food critic Jonathan Gold discusses Bamboodles , a Chinese noodle restaurant in the San Gabriel Valley.  The noodles are made by the thousand-year old Chinese custom of pounding the dough with a bamboo rod.  Read his column here .
