Buy-A-Meter Flyer Pam Dorr is the housing director for the HERO Housing Resource Center.  HERO created the " Buy-a-Meter " program helping Hale County, Alabama residents in need, buy water meters.  Donations can be made through their website .  Pam first appeared on Good Food two years ago.
