DineLA, the twelve day dining adventure, is around the corner. From January 20-31, 2014 over 300 restaurants in L.A. will offer special fixed-price lunch and dinner menus to customers. If you find the list a bit overwhelming, and want to save yourself hours of yelping and soliciting the advice of friends, Evan Kleiman made a list of her picks for both lunch and dinner for the event.

If you want to participate, reservations are not required, but highly encouraged.

Evan Kleiman on her DineLA strategy: “Don’t try out the hippest raging place you’ve always wanted to go during DineLA. Instead try out places in your neighborhood you’ve always driven by and wondered about. Chances are the smaller places will be putting their best foot forward, and it will give you a chance to find a new spot where you want to be a regular.”

    AOC – $25

    Badmaash – $15

    Itacho – $20
