Not everything yummy and interesting happens just in LA. For example, this weekend the dynamic duo of Delilah Snell and Nicole Stevenson who bring us the Patchwork Artisan fairs in are expanding with an edible version this week end in Costa Mesa. I’ll be there wandering the show and doing a demo on Cooking with Pressure Cookers (weird, I know, but I love them). My demo is at 3:30pm on Sat. I hope to see you there. There’s no entry fee.

    Panels and Lectures:

-Health Dept Forum for Cottage Food Law (reps from sd/oc/lb/la attending)

-Is Justin Timberlake good for tequila? The Gentrification of Mexican Spirits

-with Bill Esparza , Marcela Valladolid, Raul Yrastorza and Cecilia Rios Murrieta

-Chocolate Chip Cookie School – History and people behind the after school treat.

    + More

Cooking Demos – Here is just a taste. Go to Patchwork Edible for complete program

Randy Clemens – A Sriracha Workshop (Make Your own!) and Winner of OC Weekly + KCRW Hot Sauce Contest is revealed

Gluten Free with Beth Manos Brickey

Mead for the Masses with Backyard Bees

    You get the picture…
