French Women Don-t Get Fat; Wine for Women; The Cookbook that United Italy

Mireille Guiliano, author of the best-selling non-diet diet book French Women Don-t Get Fat, explains just how they do that. A cookbook in the late 1800-s actually helped unite Italy. Professor, poet and translator Luigi Ballerini tells us about this amazing work. Callie Crassley is part of Divas Uncorked, a group that demystifies wine for African American women. King Arthur Flour has been selling flour in this country since 1790. We talk with Robin Seargant about this centuries old ingredient. And omnivore Jonathan Gold takes us to Peruvian food in Gardena.
