Electric City Butcher practices whole animal butchery and takes pride in sourcing from small, family-owned California farms and ranches focused on sustainable agriculture. With aspirations to practice butchery straight out of high school, Gabriela Gomez worked at Michelin-starred restaurants in New York before landing at the Santa Ana butcher shop where she is making holiday-inspired sausages.
