Hand Pulled Noodles – Bounce Twist Bounce

The recent “cold” spell we’ve had in Los Angeles has changed my appetite. All I crave are noodles. I mean the kind of noodles that arrive in a burn-your-mouth hot bowl of broth. This teeming bowl can be filled with vegetables, tofu, pork…all I care is that it’s hot and full of fresh noodles. So naturally I did a bit of googling for my next meal, and I came across this video of Danny Yip, the executive noodle chef at LA’s Mr. Chow, narrated by none other than Alton Brown. I’ve eaten hand pulled noodles, but never seen them made. Check out the video below.
