Hot Knives off the Presses

The other night I went to the book party for the Hot Knives, Evan George and Alex Brown. They have a new, self-published book which pairs craft beer with cheese and music. The party was at The Surly Goat in West Hollywood. It’s a very cool spot with a really incredible selection of beers. The pictures are dark, but hey, it’s a bar.
