Sweet Rose Creamery’s Grasshopper and S’mores Pies

Have you heard? The 6th Annual Good Food Pie Contest is Sunday, October 5 at the Fowler Museum at UCLA and we have a sweet treat in store for you. During the month of September, Zoe Nathan and Josh Loeb’s Sweet Rose Creamery will donate $5 from every large ice cream pie sold and $1 from the small versions to KCRW in support of this year’s contest. Choose from Shiho Yoshikawa’s Grasshopper Pie, Salted Caramel Pie, S’mores Pie or Early Autumn Seasonal Pie. Visit one of their three locations in Mid City, Santa Monica and the Brentwood Country Mart to grab an ice cream pie to beat the heat and pick up a pint to have a scoop with the practice pies you’ll be baking to bring home that blue ribbon!
