Jam Session

With canning all the rage these days, the folks at Fallen Fruit were right on the money hosting a public Fruit Jam at LACMA last weekend. Participants were invited to bring “fallen” fruit and then mix and match their produce to create wild flavors. Being that it’s both stone fruit and tomato season, I dread to think of some of the possibilities!
